Once again this season I have a limited offering of custom paintings from your own photographs! I am so excited to see the photos that I will get to work with this season! Working with each years submissions is so much fun! This project has turned into something I look forward to every year and I am always honored to create pieces of your special memories and very unique gifts for the holidays. I hope you jump on the opportunity this year! Usually there is a minimum size and cost for commission pieces, but for the 7th year now I am doing a limited number of these smaller custom pieces at this very special price. I’ll be taking orders for them until they sell out! Each piece will be hand crafted with screen printing and acrylic, signed, and presented ready to hang on a 8” x 10” x 1.5” wood panel or a 11” x 14” x 1.5” wood panel. Shipping & handling is included!!

Here is how it works! Please read all the information before placing your order.

1) You place your order.

2) Follow up your order with an email to me at admin@hilaryatthecircus.com, in which you will send me a photograph that you want me to use on your custom piece. Please send the largest possible size of the image that you have. Keep in mind that crisp photos with good contrast work well. If you have two or three that you want to send and have me advise as to which one will work best, I can definitely do that. Only one photo will be selected for the painting. Your photo will be sized and edited by me, to the correct size, put into a black and white stencil for screen printing, and then screen printed on your custom painting. Your photo will be transformed into an art piece that is personal to you. In the email you send to me you can make a few comments about the theme or the color palette. For example “reds and teals”, “blues and greens” , “fall colors”, or “artists choice!”. Please also include a note about why this photo or subject of the photo is special to you to help me along with my inspiration.

You can send photos of family members (formal portraits or casual selfies), pets, special places or moments, even your home! It will make a really special gift this season or a beautiful and unique way to preserve a memory.

3) Anticipate your painting!

ALL Custom Painting orders will be shipped out by December 15th, at the latest, via USPS to arrive by the December 20th. I usually send many orders out earlier, but I can not guarantee that the piece will be available to ship before December 15th, however, the sooner you send me your photo, the more likely it is your piece will ship out with an early shipment. (Regular shipping lead times do not apply) Remember it is FREE SHIPPING!!

**Please Note** There are no refunds available on this item. Deadline for photo submission is November 8th! If, after 2 attempts to contact you and get a photo, I do not receive it by that date, your purchase will be converted to an exchange credit, valid for 9 months.
